Obama Wants Journalist Sanjay Gupta for Surgeon General, report

PH2009010601847 I know the AAP and more recently the CDC have gotten involved in formulating policy recommendations on circumcision with the latter concerning themselves more with HIV and circumcision. However, the US Surgeon General must do something, right? If so, is this good?
