Several health ministers are now under investigation for corruption. However, the Global Fund doesn't appear satisfied with the current inquiry.
Meanwhile, Uganda's health ministry has proposed conducting its own study on the effectiveness of male circumcision in the HIV/AIDS fight, expressing doubts over the WHO recommendation.
